TERMS AND CONDITIONS
19+ Event, ID required upon entry.
TICKET HOLDERS may NOT post the event location or EVENT ticket link. Dose.Productions reserves the right to take action or condemn for violation of this. Ticket holders will be removed from EVENT WITHOUT REFUND.
All purchases are non-refundable, no exceptions and will not carry forth to another event.
General Admission Tickets are valid for the date on the ticket.

Tickets and Passes
All tickets and passes are non-refundable. All credentials are the sole property of Dose.Productions/Austin & Chancellor Productions Inc . Dose.Productions will not be responsible for lost tickets or passes and does not issue replacement tickets or passes. Dose.Productions will not issue refunds for any reason, including if the event is terminated early or cancelled due to extreme weather, acts of nature, acts of terrorism or government regulation. Dose.Productions will not issue refunds for any failure or inability to use tickets due to illness, positive Covid-19 tests, acts of God, public health crisis, government restrictions, travel-related problems, or other conditions beyond the control of Dose.Productions. Please ensure that you will be able to attend the Event before purchasing your tickets. Your ticket is valid only for the time on your Dose.Productions ticket, no exchanges. Dose.Productions reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse entry to anyone without refund of ticket or pass. All ticket holders must be 19 years of age and present two pieces of government-issued identification. Tickets and passes are a revocable license and may be revoked at any time, for any reason, without compensation. Only purchase tickets from an authorized vendor or using the secure ticket exchange. Any ticket that has been duplicated or tampered with is invalid.
Dose.Productions reserves the right to change the programming without notification.
Upon Ticket Purchase or Ticket acquisition you release your right to enforce legal action against Dose.Productions, Austin & Chancellor Productions Inc., The Gathering Co.op and their related and affiliate companies, and each of their respective representatives, officers, directors, owners, members, managers, shareholders, attorneys, agents, employees, sponsors, partners, promoters, and the performing artists, including, but not limited to, their respective management, agents, staff, and designees (collectively, the “Company Parties”) harmless from any loss, liability, damage or cost in any way arising out of, or related to, Your actions and omissions at, around, or while traveling to and from, the Event. You agree to being a patron in good faith of the Event, malintent and plans to carry out legal action against aforementioned parties may result in legal actions being taken against you. Only Ticket Holders may enter onto the Event premises unless authorized by the aforementioned parties.
Event Cancellation*
If an Event is cancelled in its entirety for any reason, you agree that aside from obtaining a deferral credit for your Credentials, you will have no remedy against Dose.Productions/Austin & Chancellor Productions Inc. at law, in equity or otherwise, including, without limitation, for a refund of payments made, expenses incurred, or any actual, consequential, or punitive loss or damages of any kind, regardless of whether such loss or damage was foreseeable or Dose.Productions was advised of the same.
Prohibited Items
Guests and their bags/items may be subject to searches prior to entry. Prohibited items include alcohol, drugs, glass, mirrors, weapons, flares, fireworks and pets. Full list of all prohibited items can be found in the Dose.Productions Event Ethos section. Prohibited items are subject to seizure. The organizers/event is not responsible for any confiscated items.
Event Entry
A Ticket Holder may be denied entry to any/all Events at the discretion of and by any/all members of Austin & Chancellor Productions Inc. Austin & Chancellor Productions Inc reserves the right to remove Ticket Holders at any point from the Event. No Refunds will be admitted.

Updates to Terms
Dose.Productions reserves the right to make changes to the Terms as posted, so be sure to check back and review the Terms from time to time prior to purchase.
Your tickets are being purchased from Dose.Productions (the organizer).
Tickit's services are limited to generating and delivering tickets and forwarding your payment to the organizer. Tickit’s fees for this service are non-refundable.
All communications or disputes regarding ticket order refunds, chargebacks, changes, disruptions and cancellation are between you and the organizer. Tickit will be not be liable or responsible in any way for refunds or chargebacks in connection with the organizer's events.
